- Company-Initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or operational issues. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled service or a full refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Service Not Rendered: If you have paid for a service that was not provided due to our fault, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Service: If only a portion of the service was completed due to our fault, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the services rendered.
- Non-Refundable Services: Services rendered, such as successful pickups and processing of recyclable materials, are non-refundable.

- Refund Approval: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Changes to Service
- Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your service at no additional cost, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours before the original service time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the service may incur additional charges.
- Modification: Any changes to the scope of the service (e.g., adding more materials for pickup) must be communicated in advance and may result in a price adjustment.
6. Exceptions
- Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
- Customer Non-Compliance: Refunds will not be issued if services cannot be completed due to customer non-compliance, such as failure to provide access to the pickup location or failure to properly sort recyclable materials.
